This is an old-style, '50s, or possibly '60s MOTEL - the kind in which you park in front of your room. If your room is one the second floor, as mine initially was, the only way to get there is via stair outdoors. If you have any type of mobility issues, you're out of luck because there's no elevator. I avoid these types of places, and had looked through all the property photos before booking online. Not a single photo showed anything that would indicate it was a motel, rather than a hotel. Initially I was told there were no available rooms on the ground floor, but when I asked the manager be contacted, a ground-floor room was located - at a higher price. Contrast this with a modern, BW HOTEL with interior corridors and an elevator, that I stayed at the previous night for less money. In particular, if you're a woman traveling alone, I would avoid this. Also, if you have any sleep issues, all the noise from the adjacent highway will make it a tough night. less

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property.
On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Yes, we are an exterior corridor hotel and with every hotel there are pros and cons. Some guests do prefer parking in the front of the rooms. It’s all about preference. There are multiple pictures online that clearly indicate we are an exterior corridor property and have stairs. I would suggest for future reservations, you look at hotel pictures properly so you can book a hotel of your liking.
We appreciate the feedback and once again apologize for any inconvenience you faced during your stay. Thank you.
