The rooms were decent, if dated, but that is to be expected. The hotel is under new ownership, and while we were visiting all doors were replaced with new RFID Locks. This is an ongoing process.
Breakfast options were grab-n-go sandwitch, milk, burrito or donut. I was pleased they had anything at all during the pandemic.
As for sleeping, rooms are noisy with thin walls, doors creak loudly, and the cleaning staff rolling carts on the second floor will shake the whole building.
One becomes accustom. I had to break the heart of the lovely lady who desperately wanted to clean my room, NOT DURING A PANDEMIC! NO NO NO!
Its in the middle of now where southern country, much agriculture and large Latino community. I can assure you that the group I was with caused the most noise, unfortunately. I stayed in my room, and tried to keep quiet, but I apologize on behalf of the crew to the staff.
I'm sure we will return to this hotel at some point, and look forward to seeing what upgrades are installed. less
