First time I've ever written a review while still in the room! We've traveled the world, stayed at 3 to 5 stars hotels. I judge a hotel by location, cleanliness/comfort, and the quality of the food served.
Euro Hotel is elegantly decorated without clutter. First thing I noticed is how clean the hotel and the room are. The bed and room are comfortable. Location is incredible...walking distance to restaurants and many sights.
When we went to the buffet breakfast, I immediately noticed the perfectly sautéd mushrooms, (served almost at every hotel in Europe) I noticed the mushrooms because as a food lover, I can tell that it was well prepared. It was delicious. Also hot dishes, a wide variety of cold cuts and cheese, (nicely chilled), fresh fruits, wide variety of breads, cereals, yogurt, and high quality pastries including the best croissants ever! The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was a perfect touch to an excellent breakfast. This buffet breakfast was better than at the 5 star hotel where we stayed in Amsterdam.
Had an opportunity to chat with the owner, Patricia, and learned that this is a family-run hotel, which explains why the breakfast was clearly prepared by someone who cares. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and our stay! Thank you, Patricia.
Will definitely return and highly recommend to those considering going to Den Bosch. Be glad to answer questions.
A note to Patricia: Please tell your daughter that the chocolate bunnies she made deserve a Michelin Star! less
