This hotel will knowingly take your money for an upgrade they don’t have (no more jacuzzi tub rooms I was told - despite being able to book & pay extra for this on 3rd party sites, which they told me they knew were not correct). This may have been ok if the room wasn’t in such poor condition. And they tried to charge me 2x (watch your CC if you stay here). They also don’t clean your room when you stay more than 2 nights. Or at least they didn’t/wouldn’t clean ours (no we didn’t leave the do not disturb out but thanks for asking and doing nothing guy at the front desk).
Front desk is useless or lying & saying they will do something they can’t. They told us they would have an upgraded suite for us the 2nd & 3rd nights but then didn’t know anything about that when the time came. See Pics if rough room condition of our K Suite (mildew, holes in the walls, rough patches, shower curtain that smelled like it was never cleaned. Oh! And a sock in the bed sheets, uh, thanks but I brought mine & I was hoping for clean sheets. Is that not the standard in OK?
Big dead bug in pool area, employee walked by it 2x to put the new towels in there & did nothing. Big spider in our room too (alive). 🤢
Bright spot: the waffles are tasty! The location is pretty good if you are doing things north of town. 7-11 next door is clean & big.
I would not book this hotel again. There seem to be lots in the area. less
