We've stayed twice as have family in town. Other reviews on "dated" and "old" are accurate. It is decent, plain, needs freshening up, etc. However, I didn't care for their attitude when we checked in and they noticed we'd booked thru booking.com. They refused to take our BW number to get credit for the stay; when we had to leave a day early due to a death, they also refused to make a change, referring us to booking.com. Their booking.com website in turn refers you to "the property" for changes in the reservation once you have registered for that stay. So, it was circular abdication of responsibility. Didn't care for that, especially after spending almost 2 hours on hold with an airline trying to change reservations. Clearly, will never fall into the trap of using that website again but have a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel as well. I am sure the manager will just chalk it up to booking.com as he did on the phone, as he talked about the fees they get charged, and their inability to control their procedures, etc. Well, if their service is so bad, then why do you subscribe to it and let them book your hotel? Accept responsibility and be customer oriented. Bookers: beware. less

Hi Rick...Thanks for letting us know your thoughts. Booking through a 3rd party does, unfortunately, add another layer of red tape when attempting to make changes. Please know that price is always the same when booking through the hotel directly, and rather than dealing with a 3rd party, you are able to deal with the hotel directly.
