We only stayed here because they didn’t have a minimum. For good reason—nobody would knowingly stay here more than a night. The walls are so thin you can here people 2 rooms away. Every time a door closes the room shakes. Ambiance? Non a bit, either there or nearby because it’s too far away for anything. Don’t stay here because you think you need to be in Healdsburg. Get something in a nearby town and just drive there less

Dear Trip Advisor Past Guest,
Thank you for completing a review regarding your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
I regret you felt our hotel was a dump and overpriced. Over the past several years both the Sonoma / Napa Wine Countries have become an enormously popular wedding, tourist and regional destination. For this reason, on most all weekends our hotel, like all other hotels in Healdsburg, we require a two night stay requirement. It is on a rare occasion, we do release rooms at the very last minute for single nights stays, when they become available.
Our room rates also reflect the increase in popularity and most times our prices are equal to or lower than other hotels similar in style to ours. Therefore, hotel rooms in the Sonoma Wine Country, particularly in Healdsburg, are in high demand on a daily basis, especially on weekends. Our hotel, in comparison to the other luxury and boutique hotels located in Healdsburg, offers the best value, as our prices are generally $200- $400 per night lower. Thus, making our hotel a great value.
The best time to visit Healdsburg and our hotel is during the weekdays and in the shoulder and or off seasons. This is where you would find our hotel offers the greatest value, as room rates are greatly different. With no two night stay restrictions present.
As you experienced, our hotel is in the middle of a $5 million renovation project and there is a great deal of construction activity going on, at this time. Every room in the hotel is getting renovated in some way. This would include the room which you occupied during your stay with us. I am sorry you felt the noise level coming from other rooms into your room and the general construction of the hotel property was of poor quality. We are addressing the level of noise during the remodeling process.
Our hotel has maintained a 3 star AAA rating for over 30 years and our Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments have received several awards from Best Western for cleanliness and quality. Once again, I am sorry you felt otherwise and described our property as a dump.
Our remodel project will be complete by mid June. It is my hope that you will reconsider staying with us again, so that you can experience our newly remodeled rooms. We are very excited to see the finished product.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to write this review. You time is most appreciated.
