First mistake we made was not asking to be switched from an adjoining room as soon as we realized we were in one. However, I had overheard the guy at the front desk telling someone they only had a couple rooms left that day, so they likely couldn't have switched us anyway. It was noisy. Sounded like the neighbors and their tv were right in the room with us, and they really weren't being excessively loud. The light also shone thru the crack in the adjoining door, and theirs was on during the wee hours. Sigh.
Pillows just awful. Hard, little squares. If they do nothing else but swap out these terrible pillows, that'd be a huge improvement. Poor water pressure and difficulty adjusting temp in room kind of disappointed as well.
Positives were parking, large king room, mini fridge and microwave, close to gas station, reasonably decent breakfast, nice staff, and good value. We didn't try out the small pool, but it looked inviting.
A few small changes and they would have a lot more happy customers. less
