I got an offer to stay in Daytona beach on the last week of November and decided to accept the offer . The ocean front hotel is under major renovations taking advantage that is low season . For that reason we get early morning noises of hammering , drilling, moving furniture , installing drywall’s ,etc . Our room was in the second floor facing the parking lot. It was clean , spacious , king size bed , little kitchenette , dining table ,two chairs, microwave and fridge that works and cools great. The wall AC unit works marvellous . The toilet is very low and the sink is very tight but we managed it. The bed was Clean, very comfortable and the sheets lovely . The best of the best was our breakfast time.every morning ,Pat offers a newspaper , make our waffles ,,refill our orange juice, take notes for next day that I love peach yogurt and she did not have it at that time but she got it for next day. What a kind person , she knows what she is doing to satisfy customer needs. We love Pat and we are missing her already . She is the best .
The pool was clean but the temperatures didn’t cooperate so we didn’t use it. The access to the beach is easy .
At the time of the check out we got a little present to go that contains an orange juice ,,pastry , water of water, an apple , granola bar. I love this place even with the inconvenience of the noise for be under renovations , I will come back . Cool season is good for customer service but Daytona was dead .where were the people? Nobody was there. Smoke free . less

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Your review seems to be right on the money.Pat is a fantastic asset to our hotel and company. Our rooms will even be better next time you visit we are sorry for the noise you encountered. There is never a good time to renovate in the hotel business, but it had to be done. I hope you come back and see the finished product when we complete it.
