If we hadn't prepaid for the nights we would have relocated. The front desk help is nice but not extremely helpful, we checked in having reserved a top floor room and received a 1st floor, when we asked to get the room we reserved we were told that they didn't have the authority to change it. When I asked when the manager would be on duty, our room was quickly changed. Loud, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and I mean everything in the next three rooms around you. They also stack rooms, meaning there were two other patrons in the hotel two of the five nights we stayed and they put them next us on both sides, did i mention the walls are paper thin. Breakfast was okay. Pool and workout room were okay but not great, no Jacuzzi. Location easy to get to but hard to find entrance, where it is overgrown, and hard to see going 50 mph. less

My apologizes for your stay not being up to par while you stayed with us. I also am sorry about the room mix up and you not being moved right away. I will talk to ALL my front desk staff members because I am not sure who it was and I tried looking you up in my system to hopefully find you but was unable to with your 1st name / plus just the letter from your last name that is on the review. I am thinking maybe the reservation was under another name? I was going to try to reach out to you personally by calling you. We do try to separate the rooms when we are not busy unless another guest might of asked for a certain room when making their reservations but I also apologize about that and the noise. I hope if you are ever in the area again you will come and give us another chance to make it up to you. Have a great day and thank you for doing the review on your stay with us.
