We stayed here last weekend while in town for a family wedding. We passed housekeeping many times, and I never saw a mask on any face. The day time assistant at the desk never had a mask on either. In addition, the housekeepers were seen through windows of rooms being cleaned not wearing a mask, and even putting on pillowcases by tucking them under their chins! This was as I was leaving, otherwise, I may have left.
The breakfast was done nicely- people wore a glove to dish out the food. Many guests did not have a mask on and did not keep a social distance. That is not in the control of the hotel, but they did not try to get this in order.
I did not feel confident that Best Western did all they could do to prevent the spread of covid during a pandemic. less
