I initially booked four nights here, but cancelled the last three nights within an hour of being in the room. The hallways and room didn't smell great - I even went down to the front desk (because nobody was answering the phone when I called at midnight) to double check that my room was, in fact, a non-smoking room. The thin window of the room also overlooked the indoor pool, which opens at 6am. There was also a dog barking in the room next to mine. It had a connecting door, so the noise was louder than just a shared wall. I asked when I checked out if they allowed dogs and he said they had certain rooms, but if they run out of pet rooms then pets can just go anywhere, so I'm not sure why they bother having designated rooms. Also odd was that the door to the room shocked me EVERY time I unlocked it.
Finally, the website says they offer a 24 hour airport shuttle. I called the hotel to confirm earlier in the day, then learned when I arrived at the airport at 11pm and called the hotel again that they don't...but they did agree to pick me up. About 20 minutes later the owner showed up in his personal car and barely identified himself before telling me to get in his car, which he obviously smokes in.
I would stay again for just one night, but no more than that. The desk staff and owner were friendly and breakfast was tasty. less
