Frustrating. 15 days after checkout, property manager yet to provide correct tax invoice
Pathetic customer service. They know how to charge money on the credit card but does not know how to generate tax invoice.
We checked out on 5th Jan after 3 night stay but have not received the tax invoice until today (20th Jan), despite making 7 phone calls to followup, writing emails, even have booking.com representative call the property. The lady that receives the phone always says she does not know how to generate the invoices, her daughter knows how to do it but she is busy and will revert back. It is shocking to see how a reputed brand like Best Western can be so callous about their customers.
15 days after checkout, no tax invoices yet, lots of time wasted on followup, very frustrating. We are unable to claim the expenses because the property administrator is running a business not knowing how to generate invoice (but knows how to charge money on the card :-).
If only i knew in advance the experience would be this harrowing, i would have never ever chosen to stay at this property. less
