I'm sorry to hear you thought we used Covid as an 'excuse' and we did not meet your expectations during your stay. While our property has been closed due to Covid for the last 16 months, we've reopened in June and are offering 90% of the amenities & services we did prior to the pandemic. At this time, housekeeping service is limited for stayovers, however our team is happy to assist in providing fresh towels & amenities as needed! Guests are made aware of this limited service prior to their stay, to avoid any surprises upon arrival. Our property has also been undergoing extensive renovations since 2019, during which all of our guest rooms were completely redone. We are just in the midst of planning the completion of the last portion of the reno. For your reference, our team is here 24/7 and ready to provide our guests the best experience while staying with us, should there be any concerns throughout a stay, we always welcome our guests to contact the Front Desk so we can address these concerns onsite to ensure the remainder of your stay with us is comfortable.
