I am a Best Western Rewards member and only stay at Best Westerns and when I was in Austin on a job and found I would have to stay over night, I chose this particular Best Western cause it was just 8 miles from where I needed to be instead of staying at the Best Western on I35 in Round Rock where I normally stay, a quick glance on Trip Advisor with good reviews I booked the room online. Don't get me wrong the Hotel is Super Clean, the Staff is is very friendly, the bed is comfy, the internet is fast but my Average rating for this stay is based on the Breakfast portion of our stay. It was beyond bland and offered nothing but a very busy waffle maker, that we did not have time to stick around to use. We stay at Best Westerns based on the awesome Breakfasts they are famous for but this one did not make the grade in my book. But if that is not priority for you this Hotel is a great place to lay your head for the night. Quiet, Clean and Comfy and a pretty good rate for the Austin area. Lots of Food and Shopping in walking distance of the Hotel is a Big Plus less

It is very gratifying to see your feedback about your stay.
It is very much encouraging for the entire hotel staff team, especially the appreciation for the manager. We hope your stay was amazing. Your comments about the breakfast will be thoughtfully resolved by the concerned.
Thanks for pointing out that.We cordially invite you to stay with us again.
