Tired to over charge me at checking them tried to get me to reserve the higher amount on my card despiteshowing the asian man my booking reciept. Pool was filthy with unbelievably huge amounts of rubbish / dirt in the pool and the room was really noisy with a bar / restaurant next door and a railway directly behind the rooms less

Once again thank you for your response and comments on the multiple social media channels.
As I mentioned, we welcome and value all feed back positive or negative as this is a great tool for us to learn from and improve on our product and service for all of our future guests, which we hope will include you as as well.
Again, please know it was not, nor at anytime is it out intention to overcharge a guest. When booking on discounted third party reservation sites, many times what a guest perceives they have reserved and what is actually booked are very different. Thus why it is always best to book directly with the hotel.
In regards to the noise generated by another local business, again I do apologize.
I hope you will be giving us a second chance to prove to you how nice our hotel truly is.
