I do apologize about the hot water heater and all the trouble it cause. I did try my hardest to find someone to come out on the long holiday weekend but unfortunately I had no luck. I apologize that no apology was given to you or even an explanation. I will be addressing this issue. I have looked up your reservation and I do see that it was booked thru a 3rd party. For this reason we are not able to give a discount as these are negotiated rates with the company you used to book the room. We are concerned when it comes to our guest and believe me when I say, I would not like this treatment if I was the guest. I do hope you accept this apology for lack of communication to the guest and the inconvenience this caused you while staying with us.

Inconsiderate of hurricane evacuees

Front desk was not helpful at all. Didn’t care that we evacuated and were displaced. We wanted to extend our stay due to the hurricane increasing in strength. They were going to make us move 3 vehicle... more
