Smell issue

At our hotel, we take upkeep and cleanliness very seriously, and your room should always feel fresh and clean. Our staff generally does a great job when it comes to maintaining our facility and preparing the rooms for upcoming guests, so it is strange that this happened. Hotel has charged correctly but we always welcomes you if you feel any overcharge and we assure to work with you and also send you a receipt that reflect the correct charges. We also apologize that you had to left hotel due to breaking hotel policies for noise and other things and we are more than happy to work out on any matter you would like out attention on.
