On check in the clerk was not very friendly, all he did was hand me the key when I told him I had a reservation, I had to ASK the direction the room was, and at that it was like I was inconveniencing him. the room we were given is in dire need of an update, the carpet was badly frayed especially by the bathroom. All the jets in the bathtub were taken out and the sanitation on the jet holders was to be desired. you would think paying $329 the hotel could afford to fix those at least . We had this hotel room for 2 nights and when we got back from our tours the first day, there was a note on the door that the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the door > neither my husband and I put it on there!!! so I assume the housekeepers did as some towels from the pool had been removed from our room!!! so room was not even made up for the day> very poor!! less
