Stayed here whilst visiting Felixstowe on business. For the rate I paid (£62) for a B&B double room rate, my expectations weren't high. I was to be surprised.
On arrival I was met by a very welcoming receptionist who also, I later discovered, covered room service and breakfast in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble and other staff were equally friendly and efficient.
My room was clean, large and contained everything I needed - only downside was the view from my window which was a brick wall!
Room service was efficient, the menu was basic - good pub grub and when it arrived the portion was huge.
Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for good three star accommodation, value for money and good customer service. less
