Best Western Bendix Hotel

Really bad customer service. They charged me incorrectly and have yet to do something about it. It’s been two months and nothing has happened. I’ve also been trying to get updates but have not received any. Such a shame considering it’s part of a big chain. less

I checked in via Agoda at night and requested a late check out of 2pm next day. The front desk at that time checked and confirmed that my request can be accomodated and moved me to another room to make sure it won't clash with another booking. When I passed by the lobby, a front desk girl informed me I have to vacate by 1pm because they had a group booking. IT IS NOT RIGHT to tell their hotel guests to vacate when the request was confirmed earlier and change their words. No matter how many "we will take note of that" replies , Hotels should always abide of a "Pleasant Stay" motto. I did not argue with the hotel and just stated what their doing is wrong. If this Bendix Hotel can't even adhere to Best Western Hotel Chain Standards OR any Quality Standards, you can just consider a cheaper motel since those places lets you stay at the time you requested and won't take back on their word. #IhateBendix P.S I had breakfast at the hotel (included with the room) The milk in the buffet is spoiled. Do check this with your kitchen as this is a health safety issue. We did inform the buffet staff at that morning but no apologies or confirmation & rather just talking at the counters and smelling the milk. less

Good good hotel right smack in the center of SFO. Has a very good cafe / resto at the lobby. Room is very clean , nice soft bed and sheets, clean CR with nice towels, and complete toiletry set. Will recommend and be back if ever in San Fernando! It also is just near many resto choices . less

Firstly, I just want to thank Danielle from Reservation Department who assisted us with our booking and for being friendly as well, secondly, I really loved it the ambiance, room design, bed and pillows are comfy, buffet breakfast, relaxing view, friendly plus helpful employees. It was expensive but It was worth it! We really enjoyed our stay and will surely come back! Thank you so much and kudos to all of you! Godbless 🙏🏻♥️ less

A fairly new hotel that has a lot of good potential. I love how bright, spacious and well ventilated their lobby area is. I love how there are a lot of seating areas available too. One of the downsides for me is the mezzanine floor where buffet breakfast is being served. If you're a big group you'll have to take turns to get a table. Contrary to the spacious lobby, their mezzanine floor is too small that seems to give a cramped feeling. Banquet service definitely failed to impress us in more ways than one. Certainly needs a lot of improvement: 1. Please make sure that basics for setting up are on stock like duct tapes to ensure safety with loose wires. We had to follow up for a few times for the wires on the floor to be secured which gave us the notion that risk and safety management is not necessary for them. 2. It's never okay to leave an event without any staff on standby to attend to the client's concerns. Manpower is definitely lacking in some parts of the event. Clearing of tables took a while too. 3. We had plenty of leftover food so we decided to have it packed and guess what?they surprisingly do not have a paper bag or something decent to pack everything together. The wait staff had the brightest idea, though, to give us a used corrugated box which is not at all decent looking when we asked them how we can possibly bring more than 20 take out boxes and packed sandwiches with us. I don't know about you but it doesn't seem "hotel-like" for me. 4. I don't know if all the wait staff are trainees (because I learned some of them are) but with the service that we experienced, they ALL seem are. less
