I was pleased to see that our hotel was an excellent launching point for you and your grandchildren to enjoy the area and that the time spent in our hotel was reasonably quiet and comfortable. I do apologize for the party that took place but I know that our staff took steps to mitigate that when we learned of the disturbance. To clear up some confusion about the receipt that you received the areas designated Room Charge Revenue is a fancy term for the rates of the hotel. What you saw was the individual nightly rate for your room plus the relevant taxes. Unless there are charges from the restaurant or damages to the room our hotel does not levy any additional fees beyond the room rates and taxes (in your case (119.99 + 179.99) x 11.5% taxes = 334.48). I hope this helps to clear up what you saw on your receipt but if you happen to have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at the hotel directly.
