Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you experienced dust in your room, I will look into that immediately. With regard to your breakfast request, boiled eggs, as it is not on our breakfast menu as one of the types offered we do not have anything to put them in for service to the guest. You will have noticed that not many hotels offer this type of egg as the variance of soft/medium/hard can cause quite a problem, getting the right cooking time is a constant source of annoyance to guests. This is why we had to take them off the menu some years ago. The serving staff should have explained this to you so again I am sorry for this. I do hope you were comfortable in your room and that the other services and staff experiences were up to standard. Thank you for bringing these items to my attention. Regards, Jean and staff
