This is a very old and poorly maintained property, in disrepair. The ceiling in my room leaked and one elevator was inoperable during my entire stay. The staff was extremely apathetic and unwilling to help. The manager, front office manager, accounting department all refused to speak with me or return calls. This hotel charged my card three different times for the cost of my three night stay...three weeks later, I am still trying to get my money back. The hotel will not respond. I get the impression that this is their typical business practice. They are located directly on the beach, but the property is a low class dive. I suggest that people avoid this place completely. There are other hotels next to this one. less

Additionally, please accept our apologies for our lack of guest service. We train all employees to provide exceptional guest service. We are sorry that we disappointed you in this regard. Also, we agree with you that the hotel is beginning to show its age. We have plans for extensive renovations over the next several months. Thank you for staying with us.
