Supposed to be a non-smoking my room smelled horrible dirty and smoke I had to use my febreze to help with the smell, dirty shower and the carpet was nasty didn’t even wanted to walk bare foot the next morning to top it all off found bedbugs on my bed and behind the headboard very unpleasant experience less

I am very shocked to be reading this review of our property. Unfortunately, I cannot tell by your screen name when you stayed or what room you may have been in. We are a completely smoke free hotel, our carpet was very recently installed, my housekeeping staff gets rave reviews normally, and we take any and all bed bug prevention very seriously and have a strict pest control plan in place. We are also staffed 24 hours a day, so I am not sure why you wouldn't have reported any and all of these issues to a staff member on duty. I know if I was in your shoes, I most certainly would have.
We take any and all feedback and try to use it in a way to improve our property.
