When we got to the hotel there were no sign pointing to office anywhere on the property, had to ask some guys that were sitting in their car smoking a joint in the west parking lot," in the hotel property", where the check in was, also saw a couple of very skimpy dressed ladies, don't know what to think about that. "Red flags for family"
Tried to cancel because of first impression of the property , but the lady behind the check in window, said if I canceled, she could not refund the money.
I decided to stay because we weren't going to hang out at the hotel anyway, all we needed was a bed for the night. The room was ok,and beds were comfortable.
TILL the second night when we got to the hotel, when I pulled out the top drawer on the night stand, on my side of the bed..THERE WAS A SOILED SANITARY NAPKIN IN THE DRAWER WERE I WAS GOING TO THROW MY BELONGINGS INTO. I took a picture, went to the clerk showed him the picture and complained, All he said was, he would send someone to clean the drawer and make an adjustment on my second night stay. I said he should refund the money for the second night which he refused to do. I WILL NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN AIRPORT PLAZA INN AGAIN.
Stay away from this dump, it's UNHEALTHY to stay at this place.
I will not up- load the Photo because it's not family-friendly,But, if the Best Western Corporation would like a copy ,I'll be happy to comply. less
