Hello Toni, Thank you for expressing your concerns here following our conversation during your check out. I wish you had brought your concerns about cleanliness to our Front Desk staff immediately upon check in or anytime during your 3 days stay so we could have rectified them, moved your room or otherwise provided assistance. Again I apologize that your check in process was not smooth due to issues with your non-standard credit card, and that you felt the Front Desk clerk was rude when explaining our procedure. I did speak with the staff members involved and inspected the room you stayed in, as we discussed. However after the fact, it is not as effective to inspect since I cannot determine what was there prior to your stay. You have my card and my email and are welcome to contact me any time to discuss further. I understood following our conversation that the matter was resolved, but if you would like to chat you are welcome to reach out to me directly.
