Very run down

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are very sorry you were dissapointed with your stay. We are in the process of changing our hallway carpets bur the supply chain in the post Covid-19 restrictions has our project severely delayed. We are actively trying to hire and train new associates to better serve our guests needs. Your comments will serve as a great training tool to help our associates to be more engaging.

Thank you for taking the time to write your response, I an very sorry to hear of your issues while on property. I wish I was made aware of your situation in order to be adressed immediately. Your comments will serve as a great training tool for our new service team associates. Unfortunately, our breakfast buffet will not be returning soon and we are continuing with Grab & Go Breakfast option through the Summer.

Yes, moving to 100% coming out of Covid-19 restrictions happened much faster than expected, we are striving to staff and maintain our property and services to meet our guest demand. Dissatisfied

I am very sorry you were dissatisified with your stay. We are still recovering with staff and associates as we strugglw to open post Covis-19 restrictions releasing. We are attempting to put the hotel in order with painting and repairs, We hope the BBQ was a success at the wedding.
