The stay at this Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston, Quincy, MA May 27 – May 29, 2022, was a set of problems. At arrival, we got wrong directions to the wrong part of the building. There was no room number we got the keys for there. Instead of apologizing to us for the mistake, the lady at front desk told us that she can’t remember this information. No apology!
Getting finally to the room, we found that the coach was missing. Having 2 adults and one child, we could not fit into this room where only one bed was ready for us. We came back and complained. Again no apology, but we were issued keys to another room (not offered immediately).
The new room was not pleasant looking: somebody destroyed the carpet with the hot iron. The sink had the crack at the granite top which caused a leak to the inside of the cabinet. The towels were not replace and the room was not cleaned after the first night...
We reserved 2 days stay. At the second day we could not get to the room as the keys stopped working. We had to go back down the stairs as the lift was not working barricaded with the wooden pallet, trash can, and two more items). It took 10 - 15 min to issue the new keys.
The lift was not fixed till the end of stay, we had to carry the luggage to the first floor using stairs.
I would not recommend Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston to my friends due to poor maintenance and unfriendly front desk people.
