The hotel is undergoing huge renovations. Room had brand new windows, with plastic wrap still on the outside. The room was fine. 2 Full beds, decent bath, moderate heat control, what I would expect for $89 a night. The roof in the lobby was leaking, buckets all over. Breakfast was standard free fare, waffles, bad scrambled eggs, toast, etc. But the worst part was the marijuana smoke in the halls. This is a non smoking hotel, we were greeted by a cloud of weed in the second floor hall when we arrived, but we just drove for 7 his and just went to bed. In the morning, we were greeted by the cloud once again. I complained to the front desk who assured me that they take these complaints very seriously and would look into it. We left for the day, and returned to the same cloud in the hall. Complained again, and were told the same thing. Went to bed, and the hall was cloud free in need the morning. Went out for the day, and returned to the cloud. I don't care how little I paid, this is unacceptable for a hotel that is supposedly non smoking. Weed is legal here, but smoking of any kind is not permitted. Very discouraging performance for a major chain hotel. Will not be staying here again, nor will I be looking at Best Westerns as an option. less

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Best Western. I want to apologize for the smell of smoke in our hallway. We are a nonsmoking hotel and do not allow any type of smoking. This is not a common occurrence at our hotel and hope to see you again.
