Quoted $128. Charged $162. Held room on one card and when checking out paid with another. BW charged both cards! I believe this to be the case because of the rude front desk employee not listening to my request when I checked in. Asked him for restaurants in the area that delivered...he told me to google it. Another employee with him tried to give me brochures/coupons for dining and he shut her down. We called back later and she was able to help us out with the brochures. Front desk employee fixed the double-billing issue the next morning, however, I still was charged more than what I reserved on the BW app. less
