We stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was clean and the hotel had a fairly convenient location. Our suite was close to the elevator, so we could hear lots of beeping but with the television on, I didn't mind so much. However, I paid an extra $20/night for a "premium" room. Basically I paid $20 for 3 bags of chips, some cookies, and a couple of sodas (for a family of 3, clearly stated on the reservation). That's why this hotel lost a star for me. There were hotels closer to the inner harbor at this premium rate, so due to me not receiving premium internet service, haggling with the few snacks I did receive, and not getting the late checkout promised in the booking (I got an extra 1.5 hours but most reviews for other hotels stated premium checkout time was 2pm) I feel like I wasted $40 on this room. I would stay again, but if I choose to pay "premium" price, I'll stay closer to the harbor. less

Thank you for your review and comments. We are in the process of reviewing our premium room snacks and representation and look forward to rolling that out soon to our guests.
We look forward to hosting you back again soon!
