I been staying here for.four years now and this is my last time. I have never met ruder service or price gouging in my life. This was a special trip as it was my me and my wife's four anniversary and my brother in law and his gf first time ever in manila. I asked for a romance package and had everything arranged through email. My wife goes to check in and gets treated rudely. First the clerk demands my wife pays the entire hotel cost for two night stay and when she refused stating was suppose to be only a small deposit till checkout they than charged her $100 us for a deposit and than charged my credit card. By time we paid a deposit we paid almost half of the cost before even staying there. Never heard of a hotel trying to do that before even where I work. By the time my wife was done dealing with this and got to the room she saw the romance package and couldn't truly enjoy it due to the frustrating check in. On check out I went to pay what was suppose to be remainder of the bill and the clerk tried to.charge me the full price again and said the card charge was non refundable and so was cash deposit. After thirty minutes of argument finally got them to put towards the room. What horrible service and because of it we will never come back here again. less
