We stayed there with a large travel group after visiting Venice. The service changes whether you are a part of a travel group or not. If you are an attendent of a travel group they behave you like a prisoner. No smiling, no talking, a basic breakfast (cereals, pastry, one type of cheese) in a big room under the real breakfast saloon, 2 euro wi-fi per device. The best part of the hotel is modern and big rooms. The location is so quite even if ti is very close to a business area. You cant find any store open after 19.00. There is just a pizzeria and a small pub if you go out after 19.00. There is bus passing in front of the hotel (line 15) but you have to find tickets to get on. I think it is not hard to find better hotels in the city center, which makes your journey more comfertable. less

I might give you some explanations regarding his complaints:
Normally groups make breakfast in a dedicated very large meeting room, as the main breakfast room is too small for large groups.
The breakfast includes: hot drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate, cappuccino, bread, butter, various jams and chocolate spread, honey, yogurt, fresh croissants, toast, cereasl, puffed rice, fruits, tomatoes, sliced cheese.
The wi-fi group cost is € 2.00 per full day.
Our staff is extremely knowledgeable and reliable, You must understand that assist an incoming group is not easy and sometimes the smile does not come naturally, we apologize for this.
You did not specify that your room, without paying any extra charge, was a big superior room ( 25 sqm ) with big marble bathroom, tv 32 inches very very luxurious and comfortable room.
The bus stop n. 15 is located in front of our hotel and brings you directly in the city center 'in 15 minutes, tickets are available at reception, or directly inside the bus or by SMS (this information is provided by our staff at reception).
