Took a while to check in on a Friday afternoon as there was only one person manning the desk and the queue was getting very long. We were "upgraded" to a king suite which was obviously a room for disabled persons given the shower was so low and there was a bench provided. The shower ran hot and cold and the bed was obviously two singles pushed together to make a "king" which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Only good thing was that parking was free. less

Please note that I have passed on your concerns to all department heads, however am confused in regards to your arrival date as we do not use our accessible rooms unless we are full, our shower heads are adjustable and the water supply is gas instantaneous hot water. If you could please call me on 02 4943 6733 to discuss all your concerns it would be greatly appreciated.
