Very Disappointed

24/09/2016 peter c,

Stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night and found it possibly the most repulsive place I've ever stayed in. Our first room stank of sewerage and the air conditioner kept us awake all night. We were... more

Dear Donna I am disappointed that after communicating with you direct that you chose to make this review. Some of your points were valid which is what i communicated with you direct, However some of them are not. I would like the readers of this to also know that although there were some issues for breakfast there was no issue for dinner. In any restaurant a group of 12 arriving without a booking will of course have a meal time delay which is what was relayed to you. In addition Chef also told you that we only had 10 eye fillets left and that he would not be able to serve this meal to you if you all chose the eye fillet. This translated to not having any food to serve you, which is erroneous. Once again I am disappointed that you took to social media after we had already discussed and recompensed you for some of these issue. Your sincerely Brook Paulka
