Party of 9 pre booked for dinner at 6 pm, on arrival no-one else in dining room, order taken after 10 minutes, entree grudging served 55 minutes later, main course 35 minutes after that (several dinners were luke warm at best), and dessert arrived after we had been in restaurant more than 2 hours. All three courses were ordered at start of meal. We saw other patrons being turned away shortly after our arrival and being told to return 2 hours later - wisely they chose to eat elsewhere. Groups of 2 or 3 diners arrived after us, were served and completed meal before our main course was supplied. Complaints were met with indifference or excuses that people wanting room service had to be serviced. less

It was disappointing to read your review with respect to your dining experience. It is clear that you did not get to enjoy our usually excellent levels of customer service and efficient timings which is very concerning. We are deeply sorry for the delays in service and the meal temperature concerns. Our entire kitchen and service team has been addressed regarding the evening you dined with us in order to determine what was behind the timing and service concerns. Again, we are very sorry and we appreciate your feedback. We do hope to get a future opportunity to demonstrate our usual customer care.
