Upon arrival I was very impressed; beautiful, upscale lobby. On the walk to our room, I noticed how dirty the carpet was, a broken up chip and other debris. As soon as we opened the door to our room, our first thought was how odd the layout was. The bathroom was huge, but the sink stood by itself (absolutely no room whatsoever for a toothbrush or any other cosmetic item). I couldn't believe there wasn't a hair dryer in the room! The room was clean, except for a crusty booger over the bathroom light switch, and toothpaste spit on the wall by the sink. It felt like they slapped some paint over an old building; there were cracks in the ceiling, and you could tell the building itself was worn down. I don't want to think about the parking garage in the summertime, we had a hard enough time going around corners without hitting cars in the off season. Staff was excellent, didn't walk by a single person who didn't stop and speak or hold the door. I would definitely stay again if the price range was more towards $90 a night. I can't believe I spent $315 for 2 nights. less
