I don't think I'm ridiculously picky but but there are some red flags for me such as candy wrappers next to the bed that I found within 2 minutes of entering the room. But no one is perfect so not a deal breaker. The reason I won't return is the design of the bathroom. There was not a single spot to put cosmetics, hair appliances, etc, unless you place them on the toilet seat or the top of the water tank. In the shower (no tub) there was again no place to put soap, razor, shampoo and conditioner bottles or anything you might need except the floor of the shower. There was a seat in the area (wood). I thought this to be a very odd bathroom configuration so at checkout I asked the desk clerk if there were other rooms appointed differently. She told me that all of the rooms have that same " no vanity/shower only" design.
Everything else about this hotel was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The The property was clean and attractively cared for. The breakfast area was large and the food selections were varied and tasty. Our room was also large and the decor was attractive. Our bed was quite comfy! It never occurred to me to inquire about bathroom design, but I guess I will now! Sorry, BW. less

I am so sorry your stay wasn't a pleasant one. I want to clear up the issue with the bathroom for you. The room you were in was a handicap accessible room. They are designed with more space in mind and the wood seat which fold up is also designed to be ADA compliant. The standard rooms are not at all like the one you were in. I am sorry you were told they are all the same. Please check us out again and make sure you get a standard room. Thank you for staying with, I hope to see you again!
