My mother was driving through North Carolina late one evening and could not find a place to stay. I looked online and saw that this hotel had availability, and gave her the contact number. She called and was told by the employee that answered the phone that they were completely booked. So, I hopped online and booked her room. However, by the time I was able to let her know the room was booked, she was already more than 30 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel has since admitted that they were not booked, and that the reservation was NOT used, but they will not issue a refund. I would not have booked the room had they not lied and told my mother that they were completely booked when she called. The entire chain of events stems directly from their representative divulging incorrect information. This company will never get my business again. Book with extreme caution! less

Thank you for sharing with me your experience while trying to book a room for your mother. I apologize for the miscommunication from the conversation she had with the hotel. I hope she will allow us a chance to exceed her expectations in the future.
