We stayed here for 6 nights whilst visiting Yellowstone NP. The hotel is really close to the West Entrance to the park, making it a great place to stay. The room we had was really large, two Queen beds, sofa, table and a kitchen area - really too much as we were spending all our time in Yellowstone and only using the hotel to sleep at nights. That said, it was a really comfortable room and the whole hotel was at a good standard.
The breakfast had lots of choices for both continental and cooked. The only criticism would be that at times it could get very busy and the breakfast room could do with being a little bigger to accommodate everyone. The hotel was full on every day of our visit so we experienced a busy breakfast room each day, although we always got what we wanted to eat as there was plenty to go around.
There is free parking around the hotel and we never struggled to get parked. Within a short walk there are a few places to eat and drink in the evenings. The Slippery Otter next door is a great place with a large range of beers and excellent food, we ate there on a couple of the nights. Another fairly close place was The Three Bears which offered a help-yourself salad bar to go with your meal.
We would be more than happy to stay here again when visiting Yellowstone. less
