Making the reservation was okay. We were lied to right away because we mentioned that we would be getting there later because we got out of work at 5pm and the front desk lady said "Well you better not be too late because our office is not 24 hours, we close the office at midnight". Her operating hours obviously because when we did check in around 9:30pm the a different front desk girl said if we had any questions they were open until 2am. Then the conference that my finance was at was running later than expected so I called the front desk and asked if it was possible to check out later and the first desk help lady we made reservations with said " The best I can do is noon because I have people waiting for that room" but it was super degrading the way she said it. Terrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere where they value you like a paying guest and not an inconvenience. Other than the front desk worker, the room was clean and the bathroom was updated. The breakfast was okay too. less
