The hotel room is fine. The air conditioner is loud and shakes when it runs. It is so noisy that guest can't hear the television. The room is clean, but not spotless. There is layered dust behind toilet, behind furniture and under sinks. The toilet flusher was broken-it had disconnected from plunger. Needs a refresh. Room service is poor. I ordered a pizza and soda. The kitchen said that the timing would be a little longer, maybe 15-20 minutes. After an hour and a half I called. the kitchen stated they forgot to get my room number. I was served soggy pizza under a plastic wrap - it was mush. I will not order room service again! less

Thank you taking the time to give us this review and I apologize about the issues you encountered during your experience. I will have maintenance look into the AC unit in the room and I have let the housekeeping manager know about the cleanliness problems, that is very unusual for us as we have a great staff in that department and do not get many complaints. Obviously, the room needs a good deep cleaning as well as it may have been overlooked when we had some renovations done to the room. As for the room service, there is absolutely, positively no excuse for that to ever happen! A sincere apology and fresh pizza should have been made, to say the least. Please consider giving us another try, as I believe we will make it right.
