Really one of the worst hotel experiences we've had in a while. We arrived Friday evening and the hotel attendant just wasn't very attentive. When we arrived there was no one at the counter and we had to wait about 5 minutes tired from the day of travel. We finally were checked in the room. The room itself was clean but the bathtub seems like it is going to drop one of us through the floor. It sounded as if nothing was underneath and with each step a deafening groan taunted our potential demise into the floor below. Not to mention when turning the tub off it was so difficult you had to turn with all your might and the handle would separate from the wall. Now to breakfast when we checked in Friday evening the attendant told us breakfast was at 6am...which is true during the week. Saturday it opens at 7 so we waited and I'm sad we did. All bread items were stale. The timer on the waffle maker was busted, thank goodness we can count for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I will say the coffee was hot and they had Nutella packets so that was good. Since we had a short stay that was our extent of the use of the hotel...come to checkout at 5am and what do you know, there is still nobody at the counter. We made ourselves some coffee, call out a few times in attempt to entice them back to work and when nobody magically appears we leave our room keys on the counter and head out. Hopefully whoever is working gets the idea that we needed to check out. If you aren't going to have a person sitting at the front desk at all times I highly suggest getting a buzzer so we can reach them where ever they may be hiding. I do not recommend for any business officials who actually have places to be. less

We truly apologize for the inconvenience that was caused during your recent stay with at our hotel. We have taken measures to address all the concerns that you have brought to our attention. We have consulted with our maintenance staff and rectified all issues. In addition we have placed signs with breakfast timings and have made it a policy to advise guest of the breakfast timings at check in. Furthermore, we have upgraded the breakfast products to ensure high quality. We have advised our front desk agents and made it a mandatory policy of their presence at the front reception at all times during their shift.
Ms. Andrea, we truly appreciate your feedback as we strive for betterment. We hope that you will give us another chance with your lodging needs when you are back in the area.
