First, this was about as good a place as one could hope for in an out-of-the-way farming community. Was it New York nice (and cost $1000 a nite)? No. But it was very clean, well appointed, and certainly a price performer.
The only thing I would criticize it on is the air conditioners. As with most all hotels in mid-central California they are under-the-window units that, while mostly effective, are also noisy. Very noisy.
This B/W Plus has its bathrooms about as far away from the A/C units as if they were in New York. And there is no fan in the bathroom. The result is that the bathrooms are hot and difficult to cool down. We propped our self-closing bathroom door wide open ... but it was still a bit hot.
We had a room on the side of the hotel facing Highway 46. I had read the TripAdvisor reviews suggesting we get a room on the back side to avoid highway noise ... but this one was an upgrade. So I figured it would be quieter. Actually I couldn't hear any highway noise because the air conditioner was so loud.
That said, the room was actually very nice. And very clean. And the breakfast served complimentary downstairs very good and convenient. And the price was right.
The in-room big screen TV was incredible. I don't remember ever seeing one as big and nice in any hotel room anywhere.
Aside from the A/C noise, I will stay there again and recommend it to you. less
