The hotel could use better housekeeping. I reported to the manager that the tub was not clean and the floor towel was not changed and had a dirty print of some mans foot on it. It was very dirty. The tub was very obviously not clean because the railing still had dust and dirt from the last guests. I figured maybe it was because our room was at the very last portion of the hotel and was overlooked. Another area that needed improvement was the breakfast area. There does not seem to be enough staff at this location. The person running the front desk was trying to clean the breakfast area and manage the desk at the same time. The breakfast area needed to be cleaned constantly as there were a lot of people going through. While we loved the waffle machine, people were spilling the mix everywhere and leaving their dirty cups. It was too much for one person. A member of the staff needs to be on standby just for breakfast time only because of the traffic, mess, and need to re-fill the food items constantly. I could see the front guest guy trying to do all three jobs, but it was just impossible. On a positive note the rooms were very big. They were just outdated and could use better sheets and beds. Would I stay here again? Probably not. less
