Arlington Court is a Regency house packed with beautiful furniture. The National Trust Carriage Museum in the Stable Block contains one of the UK's best collections of 19th-century horse-drawn vehicles. Travel in style by taking a carriage-ride around the grounds.
Further anachronistic pursuits within the grounds of Arlington Court include the curious collections of eccentric traveller Rosalie Chichester as well as charming Victorian pleasure grounds.
Nature lovers roaming the grounds may also see Jacob sheep, red deer and peacocks while a 'bat-cam', active over the summer months, gives visitors the opportunity to sneak a peek at Devon's largest colony of lesser horseshoe bats.
