Over nearly two weeks, the magnificent surroundings of Britain's finest Roman city are graced with the world's best music. From classical to jazz, world music and beyond, the Bath International Music Festival presents its annual musical extravaganza.

Now in its sixth decade and under the enlightened programming of such luminaries as Ian Hunter, Yehudi Menuhin and Michael Tippett, Bath International Music Festival has become a major event in the country's musical calendar.

Concerts feature world-famous and up-and-coming artists from around 30 different countries, along with world music, jazz and contemporary music weekends.
