The Burton Agnes Jazz and Blues Festival is an annual celebration of music set within the beautiful surroundings of Burton Agnes Hall. A wide range of musical tastes are catered for, and festival-goers are invited to picnic in the grounds.
Twenty-six bands and solo artists grace the stage across three days of laid-back entertainment. There are plenty of child-friendly activities too, with a children's corner and play area, woodland walks, face painting and a garden maze.
British jazz star Dennis Rollins headlines as part of acoustic outfit Velocity Trio, a jazz and swing influenced band with a progressive and contemporary edge. Anita Wardell, recipient of the prestigious BBC Jazz Award for Best of Jazz category also makes an appearance, as do many more exceptional jazz and blues talents.
