A Pro-Am competition, the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship visits three of Scotland's finest golf courses - St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns - in four days in order to determine the eventual winner. Celebrity amateurs play alongside the world's top golfers.
Teams of two - one professional and one amateur - play each of the three courses in rotation over the first three days, with the final round played over St Andrews Old Course. An individual event for the pros and a team event run simultaneously.
Samuel L Jackson, Hugh Grant and four Knights, Sirs Ian Botham, Bobby Charlton, Matthew Pinsent and Steve Redgrave are among those who have appeared here in past events.
