At the elegant city-centre Opus Restaurant, the menu changes twice daily to reflect the freshest ingredients, free-range meat and freshly-caught wild fish and crustaceans. Try Cornish lamb and Lyme Bay scallops or take home their homemade breads, pastries and desserts. The Opus Dinner Series allows diners to meet the farmers and fishermen behind the menu.
