Southampton's Maritime Museum tells the story of the city's nautical history since the first docks were built in the early-19th century. There's a special exhibition on the Titanic, which set sail on its fateful maiden voyage from Southampton in 1912.
The museum is set in a 14th-century warehouse and split across two floors. Downstairs, the interactive All Hands on Deck display explains what happens on board a ship and there's also a historical section on the city's docks.
Upstairs is Titanic Voices, which uses first-hand accounts to piece together the history of the "unsinkable ship".
