Q. Is there a charge to join Best Western Rewards® and what benefits do I receive?

A. It’s completely free to become a Best Western Rewards® member as we want you to get more from your stays with us. You receive 10 points for every 55p charged to your room bill when staying in a hotel in Great Britain, and receive the following benefits:

  • Guaranteed hotel room reservations, with your Best Western Rewards® membership number, when booked through Central Reservations for bookings in Great Britain, other than pre-paid breaks.
  • Best Western Rewards® points can also be earnt when shopping online with shop for rewards.
  • A number of in-hotel services depending on your tier level, click here for details
  • A choice of fantastic ways to spend points such as free night stays throughout the world, Best Western Gift Cards, vouchers, fine wines, high street shopping vouchers, experience days, National Garden gift vouchers, and donations to Save the Children and theatre vouchers.

Q. When will my points show on my account?

A. Points will appear on your account three days after check-out, 10 days at the most.

Q. If I find points are missing from my account, are you able to add them?

A. Yes, we can as long as you let us know within six months of the stay. You can view your account online any time and we’ll send you statements every three months to check that everything’s in order. If there’s any points missing just get in touch with the Best Western Rewards® dedicated team on 0800 0420 338 (Landline) or 0333 003 8773 (Mobile).

Q. How can I spend my points?

A. There’s loads of ways to spend your points, just click here if you need inspiration. When you’ve finally decided you can redeem them via your online account or by calling our Rewards dream team on 0800 0420 338 (Landline) or 0333 003 8773 (Mobile).

Q. How do I make a free night booking?

A. First you need to choose where you want to go - take a peak at our free night page for details. Then call the Rewards booking line on 0800 0420 338 (Landline) or 0333 003 8773 (Mobile) with your membership number to hand and Advise the booking agent that you would like to use your Best Western Rewards® points. When you check-in, flash your Rewards membership card and the hotel will deduct the points directly from your account. Don’t forget, please make sure you have enough points left on you account at the time of check-in, or the hotel will ask you to pay in a different way.

Q. Can I make a free night booking for a stay this week?

A. Yes indeed! A free night booking can be made up to the date of travel as long as you have enough points available on your account.

Q. When will my points expire from my account?

A. To keep hold of your points that you haven’t spent yet, you’ll need to have another points earning transaction (like a stay or purchase online with no more than 12 months after the last one.

Q. How long should it take for rewards to be delivered to me?

A. Free Nights can be taken on the day, vouchers are sent via email within 10 days and all other rewards will be processed immediately but can take up to 28 days to arrive with you. If you ordered your reward more than 28 days ago, please give the Best Western Rewards® dedicated team a call on 0800 0420 338 (Landline) or 0333 003 8773 (Mobile) who’ll look into it and see where it’s got to!

Q. I have lost my membership card, can I have a replacement?

A. To replace a card that’s gone walk-about just call the dedicated Rewards team on 0800 0420 338 (Landline) or 0333 003 8773 (Mobile) and we’ll set the wheels in motion to get a replacement card. As your new card is sent from Best Western Germany it can take 28 days to arrive – but don’t worry, just quote your Rewards membership number when booking and you can still claim points while you wait. Phew!
