The voting has now finshed for this years Britian’s got Personality.

We have seen over 100 acts performing on stage and thousands of votes have come flooding in from the general public. In fact, we are about to launch our winner of the competition.

We are currently busy counting the votes and will be announing here first who has won Britains got Personality 2011.

Kenda and Nia

These two best friends from Birmingham are our youngest rappers of the contest at just 11 years old. They have been singing since the age of 4 years together and even write their own songs! They love to sing hip hop and R&B which makes it no suprise that their idols are Jessie J and Beyonce.

Krystian from Manchester is 22 years old and loves nothing more than impressing the crowds with his music. And, we’re not surprised either as his impressive tuneful sound bellowed around the Trafford Centre creating much attention from the crowd.

Becky from Halesowen kicked off our Birmingham auditions in style after taking to the stage to sing Sweet child of mine. This 25 year old, has been performing for about 8 years and says she takes her inspiration form the classic female big voices including Eva Cassidy, Joss Stone and Barbara Streisand.

Abi Dyson

Abi Dyson from Glazebury in Manchester loves to sing and combines her talent with playing both the piano and the drums (not at the same time though!). She took to the stage an wowed The Trafford Centre with her song choice of Adele’s chart topping ‘Someone like you’. At just the age of 13 years old she sang to the crowd whilst playing the piano.

Carl is our very own singing maintenance man! He works at the Best Western Premier Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield and has been singing as a hobby for many years. This is the second time Carl has entered – can he take the top spot this time round?

Twelve year old Joseph from Redditch is no stranger to the stage after performing as Oliver at the Palace Theatre last year. He just loves to perform his Irish dancing talent and even keeps his tap shoes in the car just in case! He even performs in care homes and for charities to cheer up the residents. We are expecting big things in the future from Joseph.
